Do you send the same coffees on orders of 2 bags per shipment?
No, each bag is different and unique to the category selected. So 2 bags per month is 2 different coffee’s, however if you get the 2 bags semi-monthly you’ll receive 2 different coffees twice in the same month.
Does the coffee selection change each month?
Yes, each month is a different rotation of unique coffees. These selections, many of which are unique to subscribers only, are what we here at Jameson Coffee are drinking and enjoying at the time or what is in season.
Can I gift the membership?
Yes, this is a great way of sharing the love and luxury of specialty coffee. Coffee is one of life’s most affordable luxuries.
Can I change my membership after ordering?
Yes, you can change categories, frequency and bag size at any time and cancel at any time. Simply log into your account to do so. If having troubles, please contact us to help you.
Can I specify exactly what coffee I want?
Each month we’ll curate specialty roasted coffee’s for each category. Our curated coffees are selected for you in each category rotating between new and seasonal offerings and what we like at the time.
When do my coffee’s ship?
We’ll roast, prepare and ship your selections the first and third week of each month depending upon your frequency selected. Check your account > subscriptions page for notes on the next upcoming roast and deliveries dates.
When am I charged?
Jameson will process membership charges monthly based on the date of your initial order. Please note: we have a semimonthly roast schedule for subscription members, roasting on the first week and third week of every month. You may see a delay in the first subscription delivery depending on when you order. For instance, if you order on December 5th, our first subscription fulfillment to you will be the week of December 16th.
Can I change the grind of my selection?
Yes, you can change from whole bean to ground or vice versa. Just send us a request and we’ll update your account.
