Karl Meltzer wins his 34th 100 mile win this past weekend at the Grinstone 100 in Swoope, VA. Meltzer’s win comes only 3 weeks after wining the Run Rabbit Run 100 in Steamboat Springs, CO. Speedgoat Karl in usual fashion breaks his own course record in route to his win at the Grindstone with a winning time of 17:13 and a new course record.
